Poor service from Cosmopolitan Projects

Bought a brand new house at Capital View Cosmopolitan last year but the problems I have already encountered one would swear the house was a second hand. Worst among them all is that when you log in a job card the contractors just come and make things worse.

I had an internal leak frm the ensuite shower. The leak was fixed but the tiles in the bathroom you'd swear they were fixed by a five year old. The outside wall that needed to be plastered and painted is now having two tone colour.

My interior doors were replaced as they were faulty, the doors and the paint used is of the poorest quality ever. They now do not match with the rest of the doors.

They send this dark tall guy for painting and he is the rudest person I have ever come across. He takes no instructions from anyone, the manner in which he works is ike he is just doing you a favour. His attitude is bad and it stinks.

I'm now stuck with with this horror of doors, my house looks like a mess. He painted my tiles, the door handles, my walls etc.

I'm in such misery and been trying to contact cosmo client care but my query is just falling into deaf ears.

I'm contacting Absa bank and handing this matter to them.
