Poor service from Cosmopolitan!!!!
I moved into our new house which is at Central Park Lotus Gardens on the 22nd of November (Stand 245). This week our electrify was cut off due to municipal bill of R9580. I’ve been trying to contact Cosmo and I’m being sent from pillar to post, how is this even possible , did Cosmo pay for their water that was used to build the house???? I need answers , I am tired of being inconvenienced by Cosmo. If it’s not your houses that are poorly built, it’s us trying to fix this mess. Can somebody contact me ***. Winnie

This is not a contract with Cosmopolitan Johannesburg, of which matters I assist to resolve.
Lotus Gardens falls under Cosmopolitan Tshwane, a seperate company within our group.
However I do work closely with that client service team from time to time.
