Poor Service
I have moved in to the new house on the 1st of May 2020. It is a new development project currently taking place in Protea Glen Soweto. Since the first day i moved in my bath tub has been draining water slowly, it takes 1 hour or more for the bath tub to drain water. I have raised my concerns with Cosmopolitan until today i am still experiencing the same issue with no help. I am really disappointed because this is a new house which has been recently built.

I do see from our system that you did report the bath drainage issue in October. We did attend the problem and our job card was signed off by yourself on 14 October as repair completed to your satisfaction.
We will have our contractor call you today to arrange to investigate why the issue has re-occured and find a permenant solution.
