Poor service delivery

i got the house last year December 2022 from cosmopolitan agents however electricity card and drainage grate was missing. The agent was also aware after signing all the paperwork, the agent rushed to see another client without me having all the missing things and told me to contact the offices in alberton sky city.

I have being in the offices and the admin said the electricity card might be at the construction site till now i haven't received any feedback. When i get to your offices i am told i will get a call after looking for it. Till Now no1 attend my enquiries . I still dont have a electricity card and drainage crate.

I used lot amount of petrol going up and down but before you sign the house they will attend all your needs but when they receive your signature.no one cares
