Poor service delivery

I am very disappointed on Cosmopolitan project at Capital view security estate. I logged a call for a stove that cracked due to overhead in September 2022, to date they have not done anything about the call. They keep on saying they will get back to me. I mean how long does it take to sort the issue out? It’s November now!🤔

Good day, Monene

Thank you for your review.
You reported your cracked stove in September, and our emergency retention process was followed accordingly.  A technician was dispatched to inspect your stove, and you were informed that cracked stove hobs are not covered under warranty.
Please refer to your user manual stipulating what is covered under warranty and what is regarded as the owners' responsibility.  Your user manual will also provide tips on how to maintain your stove to ensure its longevity.
We will resend you a quote for the replacement of the glass hob.  Once you accepted the quote and payment is received, we can schedule an appointment and proceed with the reparation.
If you need any further assistance please contact our Client Care line on ***.

Regards,
Client Care

Dear Cosmopolitan Project

I am surprised you are able to respond on this platform, yet there is no proper communication between me and you. I am also shocked to hear that there was a technician that came in my house for the inspection because that is a big LIE (I would like to know the name of the technician and the date he/she came in my house) . The only person I spoke and sent the pictures to is Rifhuno from Defy, she said she's gonna speak to her manager about this issue. To date I have not heard from her again. If I may ask when did you tell me that you won't be able to replace the cracked glass stove? Also when and where did you send me the quote? If all you said is correct I wouldn't bother coming to this platform. You have poor communication skills and apparently I am not the only person who is experiencing the same issue. Be loyal and treat your customers accordingly! Please.

Good day Monene

You have been communicating with both our consultants as well as Defy's service advisors.
The pictures that were taken have been assessed, and, unfortunately, broken hobs are not covered under warranty. Please refer to your user manual.
The quote in question has been resent to you.  The repairs will commence only once you accept.  Please communicate with Defy should you require further assistance regarding this matter.
For any other emergencies, please make use of our QR code or Client Care line on ***.

I am still wondering why was it difficult for you to tell me all these things in September. Now the pictures has been accessed, what happened to the technician that they said he/she came in my house on the 3rd Oct (Says Nokwanda Nzuza to Sizakele). Should I post the email that leaked from your office here? You are wrong and you should accept that you are wrong. Fist of all we (customers) are not the ones who purchased the stoves from Defy, but when there are challenges you send us directly to Defy, now they are even lying to you to say the technician did the inspection in my house. When?? 😂. Try to improve your poor communication skills and stop sending us ( your customers) from pillar to post. I went through the manual, unfortunately I couldn't see were it says the broken hob is not covered under warranty. Please assist me on that. Thank you.
