poor service delivery & bad client service

<p>I have an issue with cosmopolitan projects regarding a house that was built in 2016 and occupied in October 2016 and since then we have been noticing cracks and other faults which we reported in writing to them and all they have been doing is calling to say they are coming and they never show up. i think its about time we report them for their unprofessionalism as this is not the first unprofessional thing. to anyone who wants to buy a house through them you should just know that you will chase after them for everything and they just wouldn't bother to attend to you because the bank would have paid them your money for that house. they house is falling apart but its not even 6 months old and i would never recommend them to anyone from my bad experience.</p>
