Poor service (communication)

Bought a house in Capital View estate (Danville) on 27 June 2021. I was promised the delivery of the house after or/and between three to six months. To date I didn’t receive any feedback nor progress. What frustrates me most is that I don’t even have a clue on where to take my children to which school because I am now based in Midrand and obviously I can’t transport them daily. I won’t be able to find them space mid year in case the house will be finished
