POOR service at Cosmopolitan projects (Royal Cradle in watpoorjie)

We purchased a house at Royal Cradle phase 2 and we started to experience faults now and Then. we reported the sliding door, the sliding Burglar door and the sitting Room door 🚪. Yet we can't even use the sliding door and the sitting Room door how cruel.

I received a Rude/unfriendly Email from Cosmopolitan projects telling me that they won't be coming back to fix whatever fault i will be experiencing. Sad part I haven't signed a Retention letter. People around here are complaining about their services and their materials such as Burglars and sliding doors quality.
