Poor service and communication
I bought a house @Sky City in December 2020, it's September 2021 almost October 2021.
It's been 9 months since the whole process started and I was told the process would take 3-4 months
I am speechless when it comes to cosmopolitan, these people only care about selling lies to customers and getting money from us. I AM PAYING RENT where I was supposed to be in my house already and paying off my bond.
I got an sms on the 26th of August that my house is 80% this is the first formal communication I received from Cosmo other than me calling or sending messages to my agent for any updates.
I am so disappointed in cosmo, I was told about a 2 weeks ago that my house is now on 98% and they are waiting for water meter and electricity meter and occupation certificate from the municipality Again yesterday 22nd September I followed up and the house is still on 98%
It's been almost a year since I app**** and this is really frustrating.No one can tell me when my house would be complete and when I can move in???? I need assistance urgently or I will be canceling Stand no 29328

This is incorrect.
Since Covid restrictions of the last two years, various division internal and external have been affected with excessive delays.
In the current "times" it takes approxiamate six to ten months with all processes to be complete internal regards the structure and external with various divisions of council.

Than you guys are supposed to not feed us with lies just to sell your houses.
Better communication would be highly appreciated , as I always have to call and send messages for updates Its almost 10 months in about a day it would be 10 months but nothing , so please tell my what else can I do other than complaining on hello peter because no one is taking me serious when it comes to this house.
