Poor service
We have app**** a house and being approved by the bank since november 2018 we were call at around may to come and sign with attorneys for the documents to be sent for stand registration we have been waiting for srand registration up untill now our application was now reassessed by the bank and might be reassessed again next year February because when i call them no one cares they only tell me that registration is closed it wil reopen again next year the house hasnt even been build the funny part is people who app**** after us has been registered and the house have been complete they will move in soon. Very bad service

I have checked wiith our registrations team. It is correct that your house is sheduled for next year, We build in phases and cannot move to the next batch until all are built out.
Unforturtunately due to the programme of the prior phases, your "time" frame for registration was not met and reassessment is required.
I will discuss with our Project Management and Marketing to ensure their is clear communication internally of the expected programmes so that you would not be disappointed with the process. I believe if you had clarity early on you would not be as frustrated.
Please allow for me to speak to various divisions to get time line planning for next year.
I will then call you tomorrow afternoon once I have a clear timeline.
