Poor plumbing and Poor Plastering
I regret buying a house at Savanna City from cosmopolitan projects, the house is just a mess, poor plumbing and poor plastering, the house is falling apart.

We do apologize for inconvenieces you are experiencing upon your occupation.
Unfortunately the only way for flaws to be identified is in the continued use of the facilities in your home.
Intital inspections done by our project management and qualtiy control will not identify recurring issues that show with constant use.
I see from our system that you have logged 3 job cards.
Two completed and signed off 2 June.
Cracks repaired and installation of stove.
We do have a pending investigation on your third query for fibre connectivety at Savanna. I do expect to have feedback from our fibre team in the course of the week and have it outstanding to revert back to you.
I see no fault logged for any plumbing issues.
Kindly email to our client service as you have before or contact our office to log your plumbing issue so that we can get a plumber out to you.

May you kindly ask one of your projects management inspector to come and see the house at 1181 in-order for us to be on the same page. The plumbing issues i raised it with the contractors and it took them 2 weeks to fix it , i had water on the floor and had to wipe them as the contractors were delaying. The cracks that we are talking about being fixed are poorly done. I wish you can call one of your inspectors to come and see the house.
The issue of network is worse, i had to drive to work everyday (working from home is a nightmare here at Savanna City) as the place doesn’t have network at all, doesn’t matter the service provider. May you kindly assist us, we are your clients and we are depending on you as the project manager. Even if it is by means of talking to your stakeholders to improve the network tour.
