Poor maintenance team
We moved in last week and already the tap water is leaking. Logged a ticket yesterday and when we call the maintenance team the lady there is very rude and she even stopped answering calls.

We did not finish the call, I expect bad signal.
I understand the leak, that started on Tuesday evening was repaired yesterday.
I will still do the investigation from my side regards the persons you advise did not take your calls and/or were rude to you so we can address that.

12 Nov 2022, 17:36Hi Isalina, no one came to my house to fix anything…no communication whatsoever. Your people are unprofessional. I spoke to a guy named Mathata and he said he’ll call back even today, no one said anything.
Don’t say they repaired the tap, NO ONE came!!!!! 24 hours elapsed last week.
