Poor development

The houses are too small , expensive ,the area it's very loud especially on weekends and at night. it's parties every weekend . every time when Cosmo adds a new extension you will stay for weeks without power because our substation is too small to supply the whole power this has been happening since from 2018. it's 2021 we still have the same issues. I would not recommend their development. I regret buying here
