POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! FALSE PROMISES AND BAD IN COMMUNICATING WITH CLIENTS!
I have been waiting for my stove to be installed at Stretford. Caroline Steenkamp confirmed on the 07th January 2022 that the request has been sent through to project management. I have been sending follow up emails to the people responsible for getting this sorted ( Issalina Baretto and Pamela Fourie). each time I send an email I get an auto reply that my mail was received and will be attended to however theyve never responded to me or given me an update. I called and spoke to Assalina times and all she does is apologise and promise to sort it out and give me an update. Today is 02.03.2022 and Im still waiting for my stove! I wanted to buy another house through Cosmopolitan by the end of this year but after the service I got I would never recommend them.

As discussed earlier this afternoon. I do apologize for the delay in concluding installation of your stove.
Per previous discussions we struggled to source the correct model from our supplier in January (no stocks)
Subsequent availablily of the model has been confirmed. I will speak to our aquisition team first thing to get a fixed time and date of delivery.
Kindly expect my call tomorrow morning.
