Poor customer service
The property developer is only interested in making money through construction of houses with lower quality materials,I have bought a house from cosmopolitan projects in 2018,only stayed in the house for 3 years and the sewer pipes blocked because the pipes were not connected to the municipality main sewer line. The property developer didn't even take steps to diagnose the problem but jumped in to a conclusions and said they take no responsibility.

The team is no longer in contact with me since the email I have sent to them on the on the 08 July 2022 where I responded to their conclusion when I was told cosmopolitan takes no responsibility,the team only acknowledged receipt of my email but did not respond this far,take note that I reported the problem on the 31 March 2022 and it was supposed to be resolved quicker because it was emergency which badly impacted my family health,I contracted private plumbers to resolve the matter the when I request reimbur*****t for the cost I incurred as a result of cosmopolitan negligent I am taken from pillar to post.
