Poor account and finance management
I am so unhappy with this supplier. I moved in my new home over a month ago. I had issues with the services I was getting however I was happy when the house was handed over as I was done with the poor service. I did not know that I will still be after this company. There is a deposit of R1 343 that is due to the municipality from this company. I have complained and I am still waiting. Last time on hello peter I was told that the water meter was not going to be issued if payment was not made and a proof of payment was to be sent. The municipality said that is not true and guess what I am still waiting for the proof of payment. Reached out to agent that assisted me with getting a house and he always promises to get back to me but does not. I am really not sure how other companies are run, if payment has been made what is so difficult with getting proof of payment. The bank has paid a significant account and they just fail to pay an amount due by them. I really don't know what to do now, received my statement today and payment is still not reflecting. I have a friend who is in a process of getting a house and was given a list of suppliers that the bank works well with, I was not suprised when she told me that cosmopolitan is not included in the list. I am so fed up.

This is your deposit due by you as property owner, but to make the smooth transition from our name to yours and to activate your account to prevent arrears accumulating on your property, we pay the deposit on our client's behalf prior to key hand over. Hence you have and account in your name.
We are aware that council is in a backlog of updating the credtis to the new owner accounts.
Many of our client's have been affected with this same problem.
We have been working with our Project Management to esure for the tranfer of the credits for several of our clients.
I will do a follow up with our Project Finance and council to ensure the credtis is transferred to your account.
I will revert to you tomorrow afternoon once I have some conclusion from council.
Kind regards
Isalina Barreto
