please help!!
As I wright this I am defeated, desperate and overall disappointed, I don't even know how to express the urgency of my situation. I literately have a few days to get a place to stay or I wont have shelter over my head. I need to a realistic update as to when the property can be ready for occupancy(337.4203 stredford ext. 1 palm springs) because the progress have been so slow my current circumstances no longer allow me to wait any longer. I bought furniture thinking by now I would have moved in already, a few items have already been damaged. can I get assistance in this regard! I'm not trying to be impossible but I desperately need a stable roof over my head very soon

Our ref 337.4203 Stret
Per our systems your received your bond approval in February, Your attorney documents were signed in March, being the green light for us to start construction.
Unfortunately due to Covid regulations all construction stopped until 1 June. Fortunately we are at 90% complete.
There are two certificates specific required which may cause a delay (electrical and occupancy clearances). It is our planning to have your keys availble to you by month end.
I will speak to our Project Management in the morning and contact you with the way forward.
