Plastic pipes used for water inside the walls and roofing issues
I reported the piping system they used to our sky city house since they leaking water plastic pipes used to transport water inside the walls told me its a new thing like really pipes inside the wall why didn't they use copper pipes its because they are saving. My house roof shifted n reportedsince they said they will look at it till today cosmopolitan project is nonsense playing with us

I am not able to find your stand with the limited info provided on the back end of Hello Peter.
Per the prior posts of this morning, there has been several communications on various platforms of the current stage we find ourselves in assessing and corrective measures needed. I kindly request you look at some of these.
Specific on your comments of plastic pipes.
I ask you read the post just prior to yours. It gives a detailed explanation of changes in building specifications over the years.
Plastic piping is the current industry standard.
I can say with all honestly this is the only complaint we have on piping.
Copper piping will push each house up by thousands of Rands.
We do take your concerns very seriously but please appreciate that as a developer in Gauteng for over 30 years, we do understand intimately the requirements needed to meet the needs of providing homes within the constraints of our clients and ourselves.
We keep an open mind to all complaints and will reassess.

U reaped us off the money u charge doesn't deserve what we got. Plastics toilet handles n bath that breaked with a month u really did nonsense house

I asked about my leaking roof n it moves each time there is strong wind also cannot be attended since we signed thats what this cosmopolitan stupid company says to clients after the bank settle the payments
