Pipe Connection

I bought a house from the above developer last year ,and I moved in to the house on the 01st of December2018.in the middle of January I experience that the drain that is the yard in blocked and that means the **** of the entire street is coming in my yard. I phoned the developer and I spoke to the gentleman who sold me the house and he said I must phone his office,which I did and spoke to different people. They did not help me until one of them told me to find myself a plumber and they will reimburse me which I am still waiting today.I phoned a local plumber(the man who is build wall fences around the area) who came to my rescue. But this was just the temporary solution. Two weeks later the same thing happened. I went back to the developer and informed them about this, but I was told that this is not their problem I must phoned the city of tshwane.I then phoned city of Tshwane and they came to inspect the place and they said to me is not their problem but the developers problem as they did not connect the pipes correctly. I have been send back and forth by Cosmopolitan and the municipality for over two weeks know. Nothing is been done. I live with my children and there is a 18months old baby as well. The environment is terrible. The **** and sanitary towels and even ******s is right on my door step. The smell is terrible. Cosmopolitan is a terrible developer who does not care about their clients as long as they got what they wanted. I regret buying from them million times' am tired speaking to them because there is no one who is doing nothing about it and they are not even willing to help me.my children are sick due to smell and I cannot afford to continue paying for hotels to try keep my children out of danger that we are in,i went back to ask the local plumber to assist again ,which he came and he told me it is going to happen again as the pipes are in indeed not connected the write way. I was told by one of the man who was send by them that ,COSMOPOLITAN handed me the keys knowing about the situation as it happened before they gave me the keys to the house and it was him who was send to come and clean the **** that even came through the toilet bucket to the house. Who does that to a person? I am suffering instead of enjoying what was supposed to be my new home.

my advise to all other new buyers out there ,I will say choose the good developer that has the client good health and safety at heart not someone who is looking to destroy peoples lives like they did with me and my family. Instead of making a house a home to my family .I keep spending on the things that COSMOPOLITAN PROJECT should have done well from the beginning.
