Persistent housing defects and use of cheap building material
So as per the NHBRC regulations, a home builder is expected to rectify major structural defects identified by the housing consumer within five-years from date of occupation. The is the state of my house less than 5 years since occupation: tiles falling off, structural cracks, plater coming off showing that cement was rationed!!
