Pathetic service

Service from cosmopolitan is terrible. My house has been leaking since last week and as per the process log an emergency call before they will attend to it, which was done and nothing has happened. all i get is calls that will come and check but no has has bothered to come.

I call in to customer care and all I am told is that there is an appointment set which is never honored. I didn't go to work today because I was promised a 9 o'clock appointment and no is here no one has called me. so meaning my time means nothing to them and having to stay home just so they can sort out this mess of a leaking roof into the ceiling is disregard. my beds are wet and I have too be liable for the damages?

before you sign the contract the service you get is amazing the after care part of is a mess. I have complained about several other thing they just sent two people to come an confirm that indeed that is the case and made me sign a document that they will come and attend to it and to this day is till wait and this was 6 month ago.
