PANELS FALLING/ OPEN PASSAGE POSING AS A RISK TO CORNER HOUSES

I have a long query

last year I had an incident of poor workmanship from Cosmo when they put up my wall , 1 of the panels almost fell and when they sent the project manager to come investigate he blamed the guys who were installing the electric fence I still don't understand how the guys installing my electric fence got the second last pillar to fall.

I further investigated myself how it could have been possible only to find that when this wall was put up it does not have a pillar to support the other panels( I have pictures)

What the contractors did was put cement but please tell me how durable is cement because over time cement does come off, how do u support a pillar with cement though for a corner house nogal!

I had to work at home on that day and get a random person to come and patch it up seeing that Cosmo was not taking me serious …..And I am at a corner house so everyone walking in the passage would see everything in the yard including the project manager himself .

To this day no 1 has said anything all they keep saying is that I must contact my insurance provider to fix THEIR poor workmanship

Furthermore I would also like to raise another issue, I also requested Mathys to kindly close the passage as it poses a huge risk on me especially since I work late as well and we get random guys standing at the passage most people living here are single women for crying out loud guys! You have done it with other extensions why can't you do it with me???

The passage is also resulting in people taking thier dirty plastics and leaving them there causing a mess. I will say this again, can someone please come close the passage ????? Its been less than 2 years Cosmo no come on man
