overflowing Geyser at Sky city

I'm staying at Sky City And I have been experiencing an overflow geyser problem since last year November and I've been reporting this to Xolile Xavula and Jackson and the only answer I've been getting from Jackson and the guys he is working with is that my problem is normal, then I asked them if it's normal why every person here in sky city is not experiencing same problem. Yesterday when this overflowing was happening I even called my neighbour to witness this and what surprises me is my neighbour is also working and no one is using water during the day at his house like me but he doesn't have this problem. They don't care about the bill I'm paying for something I did not use. How can water be wasted and be normal?

We have checked our systems and correct see that this has been reported before. Our on site maintenance has been to your house several times and confirmed there is no problem. Per the photos you sent it is straight forward to see that it is the pressure control valve overflow  performing as it should.

I can send you several links from the internet from various sources to clarify and confirm what you are experiencing or you may decide to do the research yourself so that it is not an answer that we provide, but is confirmed external.

Per our maintenance team and the photos sent; there is no problem.

Finally if you still feel uncomfortable please check the "ticking over" of your water meter. You will see that the meter does not move or barely moves, costing very little consumption.

So this pressure control valve overflow only perform at selected houses, and if it's a normal thing why is it not performing at every house. And my concern is me and my neighbour we go to work every morning with no one left at our houses to use water during the day and the temperature at my house is hot as the temperature at her house so why is her geyser not overflowing if it's normal why her control valve overflow not performing cuz it has to. So what is normal about that. Why this overflow select houses?

We have at length explained the dripping needing to happen from the safety valve, for your safety and protection that the geyser does not explode with intense heat pressure.
