Non Adherance To Contract Conditions/No After Sales Contact

I'm a first time buyer with Cosmopolitan Projects through FNB at their Sky City Development, On the initial application stages everything was perfect, with the Sales Agent being friendly and answering questions and always willing to go to the "Show Houses" to demonstrate the house sizes and yard sizes, then came the approval from the bank, I received a copy of the plan, on which I indicated my desired positioning of the house and Car Port,. Upon receipt of the confirmation of the initial payment being processed I went to inspect the yard and found it empty, Eddie from Cosmo showed me the one next to it, how the building was progressing nicely and all was perfect, two months later I'm told that was the wrong yard, that I actually was looking at the right site, unfortunately the all the positioning are wrong, I went there this weekend to find that even the dimensions of the house are wrong and I cant get through to anyone, the house and the yard are nothing I would have bought. There was lack of transparency on how things are handled, no feedback at all, no interaction to ascertain all was well and now I'm stuck with a house I can barely fit my pet rabbit in, virtually no kitchen space, no yard space to attempt to improve the house on and no idea as to what recourse I have....Someone help
