No place to sleep,frustated want to move into my house
M so frustrated supposed to move in to my house that is finished,m outside the flat with my belongings no where to go or sleep. I told the site manager and Francina before I put notice. Francina don't even take my calls the receptionist would call her and beg to answer me just for infomation.last week Francina told me is the electricity that has a problem,Tuesday 30th she said the person with my house keys is in training,today she is saying the house failed inspection becouse the painting is a mess,and told me she doesn't know when will that be over all of a sudden. I am so frustrated to look for a flat as it now Is there any1 at Cosmopolitan to give me answers am at risk and frustrated. I was never ever so frustrated. please help help

Summary Problem:
You are frustrated that your house is not yet ready for occupation.
Further you are frustrated that our manager, Francinah was not able to give you a satisfactory anwer.
Investigation:
Our project management is aware that you require urgent occupation.
The paint quality is not on standard that we require. Unfortuanately, our Project Management were only able to meet with the supplier today to demand better quality and get a fresh batch of the imporved quality.
Pending Conclusion:
I wait on the Project Management to call me back as to when we will have the paint. Also how soon we can repaint complete so that we can arrange your occupaiton.
I hope to have an answer within the half hour. I will call you either way.

As discussed at the time of your first post. You house had already been finalized except for repainting needed as our quality inspector had not been satisfied with the paint works. This unfortuanate delay was for your long term benefit as home owner. The paint works is now of the high standard which we insist on as a concious part on our side to improve the quality of our product.
