No feedback, No Communication!

We bought a house at Lotus and have been following up for progress of the building ever since August with no feedback being provided to us.

It’s all nice and well when they sell us these houses but once your financing has been approved, nobody wants to assume the role and keep the consumer in a loop.

The lack of communication from the company is appalling to say the least.

We have been sending e-mails since August with no response with reference to the progress of the house. We are calling the number that was provided to us but no one seems to care to help us, we are being sent from pillar to post.

You have no respect for your consumers and the ease of doing business with you is non existent.
