Negligence After Sale

I really wish there was a zero star to rate this company as I would not recommend it to anyone We recently purchased a home through cosmopolitan in protea (Star village) and shortly after moving in last month, we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink

We used the sink as normal, unaware of the fault, which led to water leaking, spoiling our food, and damaging the cupboard beneath. The cupboard is now rotting, and we’re dealing with unnecessary damage and cost just weeks into homeownership.

We reported this issue weeks ago to the person responsible for the building and again at their office two weeks ago and we now on week three since reporting matter to their office, Since then, we’ve followed up multiple times, received empty promises, and no one has attended to the issue.

This is completely unacceptable, especially after such a major purchase. We feel ignored and disrespected, and the lack of responsibility is deeply concerning.
