My yard is very small
My yard is so small and there is nothing I can do about it, people surrounding me have big yards and I was told it depends on the size of your house, to my amazement the people next to me own the same size houses as mine but their yards are big, the space next to mine which has not yet been built is big, this people like to toy with us, they tell u to sign and send back fast and you are never called to view until their done, what you are shown as the estimate is different to what you will get, in front of the kitchen the space I have is 3 steps or two from the door, where else my neighbor has this very big yard, I regret buying a house through Cosmo.

I need to understand and address how it is that you are dissatisfied with your stand.
Our process is that you are shown your physical stand prior to construction. On all relevant applications and legal documentation, the stand size is stipulated many times for your confirmation and signed for by you.
No approval is proceeded with unless you confirm that you have seen your stand and are satisfied with it. This verification is done direct with you by one of our senior admin staff. There is no way there can be confusion by our clients on their stand size. We have too many checks in place for this specific milestone. Still I would like to speak to you to identify how you did not know your stand size. We don't want to miss any problem that we may not be aware of.
It is correct some stands are larger than others, unfortunately per the subdivision of stands it is difficult with roads and town planning departments to have all stands uniform. The larger stands are always the first to be sold (first come first serve basis) within a specific house size.The much larger stands are only sold with the purchase of bigger house specs. We do this to be as fair as possible to all clients.
Our clients are at all times able to see the progress on their house while under construction. Our site is open seven days a week for you to see the construction progress on your house. It is unfortunate that you only went to see your house at the end of the building process.

We have subsequently had several conversations and are in process of the settlement works.
Per your initial complaint, we have stated our side in our initial post.
We have however taken your recommendations seriously regards pegging and fencing of stands so that it is easier for clients to understand the boundries of their stands.
