As a first time house buyer lam truly disappointed in Cosmopolitan Projects .l app**** for the house last year 2020 in October till today l still gave not moved in when l call to follow up in what's the hold up because my house is apparantley on 98%.I received an email on Tuesday stating that it has been lodged and process takes about 10-14 working days .Today l called their customer care service ,the lady had a very stinking attitude and was not professional because she dud not bother introduce herself to me as a client should l need it for future reference.She was not of any help when l asked about my house and the entire process because lam currently renting an apartment because of that l can not jyst pack and go when they tell me my house is ready for me to move in .Her response was try again next month and l must follow up with my agent which seems to be confused about everything .Even the progress of the house l had to personally go the to check without and update from her.The last time l saw it was last year October. We are now heading heading to another October still no house and no answers as to when l'll go there.Mxm lam just in a dilemma and very disappointed.I should have cancelled when l had time than to believe all the lies l was fed .Now l don't know when to put my notice in my current place if residence because lf l do l'll be homeless with my husband and child.lf l don't give notice l'll have to pay penalties and rent???? l wish the banks that Fund us knew about this emotional torture they put us through n stop approving their ****tty projects?????SOOOO DISAPPOINTED
