On or about July 2017, I bought property at Sky City Alberton, in December 2018, I signed with the Cosmopolitan's conveyancers. I therefore enquired how long will it take for the development of the property to take, I was informed that I will be able to move in beginning of March 2018. March has since passed and I am been told that I can move in by June 2018. I must say I have been constantly vising the place in order to check progress and the gentleman on site has been very helpful with update.

This morning I decided to contact the Bedforview office in order to elicit was is the cause of delay. I spoke to Tshepang, who suppose to deal with customer service. I enquired about the cause of delay and she told me that the property in question is at 30% in terms of development. I advised her that the property has been at 30% since the beginning of the year surely that cannot be possible, she then said she is waiting for the clearance certificate from Municipality. Tshepang said all houses at Sky City don't have clearance certificates. I said to her that cant be possible because I have been in the site several time, majority of the houses are completed with roof's and other utilities, were as mine is not complete its just a hall. I was saying to her that if they are waiting for clearance certificates mine too should be complete with a roof.

Oh my God, the attitude I received from this lady was unacceptable and I cannot tolerate to be treated like I am a fool whereas I am beginning business to Cosmopolitan. Even their receptionist Thembi, she was reluctant to give me Tshepang's line manager. These two ladies are giving Bedfordview staff a bad name. Maybe someone who is more clued up with customer service can contact me and give me asnwers i was looking for not attidute.
