Misleading REFERRAL incentives
You need to stop misleading people claiming that "ALL REFERRALS QUALIFY YOU FOR R2500-R3500 incentive" and not disclosing that it only happens when "Major SA Banks" approves the registration it's pathetic!

I will need to investigate to understand your complaint. Also, if ithe incentive is via the Cosmo Jhb divisions.
I don't think it was misleading, but a refferal can only be paid if there was an actual registered transaction of such a referral as that is the business which pays us. Possibly the person who advised you of this incentive may not have been clear, but there must be a transaction generating income for us to pay out an expense.

17 Aug 2020, 17:20Hi Isalina all I can tell you is that the Referral was a sale and the client was financed by CHARTWELL BANK so the transaction was successful and I had not being paid for that sale! And it happened in the PTA division.
