Many mishaps in the construction of my home

My home in Royal Cradle is currently being built. Time and again I go to check the progress. There are a lot of mishaps, the walls aren't straight, the spacing between tiles is not consistent, the plastering on the outside wall is not consistent and cracks are present inside the home. The tiles on my roofing are also misplaced. I tried calling Suzan but I can't reach her, who do I consult regarding these issues? I cannot sign my happy latter if these issues are not attended to. Please assist.
