Living in filth thanks to Cosmo

I bought a house in Capital view and I moved in on the 18th of March. I've reported a couple of things of which they came and fixed. Until I reported a blocked drainage, thats where the problem started. I have been been sitting with a blocked drainage for two weeks now, I can't flush my toilets because the water fills up the bowl. I can't use the shower, bathtub, kitchen sink to avoid adding any more water in the drainage system. I have gone back to using a plastic tub for bathing and washing dishes and throwing water outside. The waste is running all over the yard and Cosmo does not seem interested in assisting me.

When I first reported the drainage problem, they sent people who informed that it's not their problem it's the municipality problem.They said the main sewage like is blocked. I reported the issue to the municipality and they came the same day only to tell me that it cosmo's problem. I have been begging cosmo to come and assist and they just say they will send someone to no avail. My house smells like sewage and there is nothing I can do about it. I am currently staying in filth and It does not look like I will get help anytime soon.
