Limiting the opportunity to be a house owner
I have had terrible experience with this company, I app**** for a bond with them and are taking their time(on the 8 week now) to get back to me even after the bank has approved, I have only 2 days to accept this offer from the bank. I have been trying to get feedback regarding this matter but no luck, sent numerous emails and called a couple of times as well. Nicolette Wolmarans who has to make the final decision is not responding to any of my emails or calls.

We have confirmed to you last November, that unfortunately, you did not qualify for the bond needed for the property you wanted.
We have waited to tried to source a more affordable property for you, but were not successful.
As discussed should there be a positive change in your financial status and you are still in the market to purchase a property; we will be happy to assist with a new application for you.
