Lies Sold to Customers by Cosmopolitan Projects: Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate
Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate is such a nightmare. What this company sold us is pure lies. I bought my house R1.85m and the amount of defects are overwhelming for a house that is 2 years old.
You raise your concerns with the developer you are told the house is settling as for plumbing is an entire disaster.
I would not recommend anyone to buy their property from this developer for peace of mind and value for money. I cannot wait to sell y property and buy elsewhere and not under Cosmopolitan or Central Development Projects. THIS COMPANY ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. THEREAFTER YOU ARE IN YOUR OWN
