Leaking roof
I am very disappointed with this company. I moved to my house last year in 2022. The roof keeps leaking even after they came to fix. Now that I'm out of that 1 year warranty, I logged home insurance claim with the bank and the assessor from the bank discovered that some tiles have been removed and that's the reason my roof is leaking. Cosmopolitan people **** to me because they kept saying they fixed my roof and now my claim is declined. I will advise people not to buy any property from Cosmopolitan.

We have discussed the instance late yesterday afternoon.
Gauteng has had heavy rains and storms during the last week.
It would be reasonable to assume that with the force of heavy driving rains, the roof tiles would have shifted, causing the roof leak you have now.
Warranty for roof leak is for one year (allowing for one rain season) so that we and yourself can be assured to attend any leaks caused by tiles that may not have been secured correct at the time of installation. This warranty period has lapsed. You have not accepted this as a reasonable cause. You are welcome to furnish your insurance report. Kindly contact our office or submit via our formal channel as per our website since we do not use Hello Peter as a client service platform. Yours sincerely Isalina Barreto
