Leaking House

I bought a house with Cosmo at Royal Cradle and moved in September 2020. The house is only two years and it has started leaking.

I have called, sent emails to Cosmo logged my query on their website, enquired with site manager at Royal Cradle and no one is willing to assist.

Granted that they said that warranty ends after a year however this house is less than two years built and already it leaks terribly when it rains.

All I am asking is for Cosmo to come assess the house and advise us why the house is leaking and fix it.

Please can the management attend to my query/compliant.
