<div>on the 13th Jan we had heavy rains and again for the 3rd year we had water inside our house and cupboards ruined doors and windows and cosmo is doing nothing about that and they now the issue this is now happening for the 3rd year and we always have water in the house and this time was worse because the wall behind the house fell and still to date it is not fixed and there are holes there now which is the risks of snakes and rats but cosmo does not care about all that we are tired of logging call on their system with no response or sense of urgency , we are really affected can we get all the things fixed especially the wall i am really mad and angry cosmo does not value us at all , they really need to stop them from building because they are not helping us and coming with solutions my house number is 1783 pencilfish sky city ext 10

i do not know if they want us to take legal action and then that is when they will take us serious</div>

Isalina Barreto , why must one follow up with you all the time you still did not provide feedback and it is Tuesday called your office and no answer why are you doing this and giving a person false response i urgently need feedback it is not safe as our has fallen off i am not safe

I do apologize, I did say we expected feedback from our senior management yesterday and would start informing clients of our findings. 

Happily we have just had our meeting this morning with instructions individual per house as reported and inspected.

Our client service team are calling all clients today.

Please expect our call on the outcome of our inspection at your house today.

 I have spoke to your husband early this morning. 
Unfortunately with the ongoing rains we are not making the progress expected.

Mathys did request construction to assist with the repair of your boundry wall directly after I spoke to your husband.
I do know that at 4:30 pm our contractor had still not gotten to your repair.

Mathys again reached construction who were still going to attempt to repair the wall early evening.
I will call you /or you husband to hear if our team managed to complete.
