Issues unattended by cosmo

Cosmopolitan projects are very good at what they do. I bought a house at capital view security estate and have been living there since April. I’m happy with the overall structure but there’s just things that the company tend to overlook that is really affecting our lively hoods. Things like dust that comes from the road at the back of the estate that is utilized by cosmo themselves for mainly their new project at ext32. The big trucks that pass there create such disturbing and very harmful dust that we are supposed to endure. Not only is this a health hazard but it takes away the overall enjoyment of living here. Another thing that is being overlooked is the shelter that is supposed to be installed by the security to protect the boom gate and us from especially the rain that is eminent due to the season change.

It’s very discouraging because we as residents continually have to fight in frustration with cosmo because we feel that they are totally disregarding these very things that where supposed to have been taken care of before we even started moving in.

We as a community feel disrespected and get the sense that the company is just being spiteful.

I believe through working together through these issues, we would get resolution and have every person involved in this happy and at peace.
