insultant by agent

I signed an offer to purchase with cosmopolitan at windmill ext21. Few days later got an sms from bank that I have accepted an offer which I was not told about by the agent and I didn't agree to that offer. I called the agent he said he got a quotation. I called the bank they said the offer was accepted and that I need to contact the attorneys that are doing registration. I called the attorneys they told me that they need a letter from agent to cancel the application. I called cosmopolitan office again to inform them I was advised to draft a letter an send it to them which I did. After that the agent I was dealing with started to insult me on watsup. For 2 days I've been getting insults. Now I'm the one calling to cancell an offer I didn't eccept.. an being insultant on top off that..
