Installation of stove

I recently purchased a house at sky city, upon receiving the house keys, I was told that I should apply for a stove installation on cosmopolitan online portal which I did, it's been two weeks of doing follow ups with cosmopolitan and I have been told all the times when I call that someone will contact me back which is just a bluff, now I can't move in as there's no stove.

Before I signed over for the bank to release the funds the service was excellent, but as soon as they received the funds, I was left in the cold, stuck with a house with no stove.

One need to think carefully before entering into any agreement with cosmopolitan projects, their service is very poor.
