Incomplete house

I bought the house In Mindalor ( royal cradle) . When we initially did the application we where give a house plan. In the house plan it sowed that the house was coming with what is called balor streads ( kitchen stairs hand rail). Me and my partner raised this with the developer when we moved in and we where now told a different story T o say they won't be able to install those kitchen stairs hand rails because our stairs are less than 6mm. i Told them that this was never communicated to us and the original plan that we signed showed that those rails where included. We raised this issue 6 weeks ago, no one came back to us, i did a follow up 2 weeks ago and i was told to send an e-mail to 2 gentlemen which i did, until today the issue is still not resolved and Cosmo doesn't care. I am going to give them a negative rating every week until they complete my house
