*********** AND DISGUSTING COSMO
I have internal leaks and all the consultants know is telling you to fill an emergency form, emergency is asap not 72hrs. now my groceries are wet as no one attended to my query. Cosmopolitan is disgusting, cheap material used, house is full of cracks, internal leaks yet it's a new house? worst decision I've done my entire life

As discussed yesterday afternoon. Our contractor had already contacted you yesterday morning to attend the problem. You confirm you were not able to take off for him to assist.
We have arranged that he will attend at your house this Saturday by 12 pm. As discussed I requested a photo of the cupboard damaged by the water so that we can attend to replace as well. I have checked on the forums for the photo. I do not find it.
Please send so that I can arrange for the quote to replace.

21 Jan 2019, 09:39They arrived at my house at 12pm which they were supposed to be done by, I had to cancel my appointment with an optometrist cos of that, I sent pictures on the what's app number you provided and got a response so I'm not certain where else must I send to as you can't find the pics?? They didn't finish on Saturday and said they will come today by 8am and I'm still waiting!!! I have moved my appointment with the optometrist for today and I really don't expect to be inconvenienced twice cos of your incompetence

As discussed now. The plumber has been this morning. The leak is repaired.
Our contractor did see the cupboard and has confirmed we are replacing the cupboard. Another contractor will attend this.
I have requested feedback from our project management and will call you in the course of the day for the carpenter to attend.
