I wish i never bought the house
I app**** for a house last year and my bound was approved. I only interacted with my sales agent up until i went to sign papers with the lawyers in Johannesburg Carlton Center Building.
My stand number is 1895 Watervalspruit ext 10
Today it's that 30th of April, i got an sms saying that my house was 98% complete and that was on the 7th of April..
I have been calling Cosmo and no body is able to help me.
During the signing with the lawyers we where told that they had 3 months to build and that was in December and that we are not liable for any payment to the municipality until we move in.
Currently i have an outstanding amount of R1400 and the bank is going to debit my account on the 20th of May but i havent moved in, no one is telling what is going on...
If i could i would cancel this whole house, this has been nothing but pain and frustration.

We are aware there are billing errors on accounts. As arranged once you receive house keys we need your assistance to get a full print of your account from council starting from nil balance. You have our email, ***, my direct line or can call on our main line *** once you have your print. From there we will channel correct to resolve.
Bond Instalment:
It is incorrect for the bank to have notified you that your bond instalment will be deducted even before you have received keys. This problem has been passed on to our bank liaiason manager. You are on mails to her and will receive direct confirmation of resolution.
