I need clarity
I was approved by the FNB in may and I got the goverment subsidy in June and i hard a shortfall in which i was told to pay quickly so that i can be able to sign with the attornies in less then 2 weeks, i payed the shortfall in less then 24hrs, I decided to go to the site only to find out that they have not build i want to understand when can i be able to move in and how long is the process with the attornies going to take as i was told yesterday that they waiting for FNB to give a go ahead.. SKY CITY EXT 11

Problem Delayed Construcion & Lack of Clarity on Process
As discussed we apologize for the lack of clarity on the building process. We are building in a new format since early this year to ensure better quality. The main change in the process is that we no longer build individualy accross the entire site. We build in block phase. Each phase must be complete before moving to the next. Hence in most instances houses are already built when our clients approach us to buy. However you have purchsed in the next phase on this particular project. We cannot start your house till we are done with the prior phase.
Investigation
We are learning the challenges that this change in process brings. Our marketing team did sell to you in good faith with the undertaking of quick delivery. Unfortunately this has not happened in your case. I will discuss the way forward with our stakeholders so that future clients are not left frustrated as you experience.
Pending Solution
As discussed I will contact you Monday once I can give you the timeline planning for your house so that you know when to expect your house.
