House still not ready and not being updated

Good day

I bought a house in palm ridge that was last year and my house got registered early this year and I was advised my property will be ready in March I then took Leave in April but even now i am not being updated i went to the site I am not going in, I meet up with the Agent but he said the house is ready waiting to be assessed and i called in they said the house is only 51% completed meaning for the next 2 to 3 months i wont be moving i dont have a place to stay my baby i moving for one nanny to the other i called in and i was told the cant push contraction

my number is *** and the next step from here is involving the authorities for using false information when we busying houses and we then left stranded in the process
