House not registered at the minicipalicity and the plumbing warranty
<p> These developers tell lies to people.I am one of them as a first time home owner somethings were not explained like the house rate and taxes i am the one who has to go and register them but when i got he call the sms from them i called and they said i have to go and open a water account not that i will be runing around with the deeds office to register everything was suppose to be done by them as i know.The Plumbing warranty on the contract itself there is nowhere were it states that the warranty falls off should you move the taps pipes of the house now i am stuck i have to fix it myself its really a headache this developer .</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel they dont care about thier clients they are after money and we are stuck will alot of problems and nowhere to run to for help.</p>
