House maintenance
I have been complaining a lot to Cosmopolitan Projects Sky City about maintenance of the house for the past 4/5 months and they still haven’t sent anyone to come and fix the issues here.

Unfortunately I was not able to reach you from my direct line today, Possibly you did not recognize the number.
I have identifed your house and last job card attened Septemer 2021.
All our warranties have expired, since you received house keys in November 2020.
Any maintenance would be for the homeowner after a year
However I don't want to miss any possible need to be attended by us and will call you again from our main line tomorrow so we can discuss the issues that are causing your unhappiness.

However, this problem had been reported before the person who came to fix did not properly fix issue hence I tried again to send emails to you guys.
Besides having stayed here for a year now, I reported the matter in September and nobody came then and it was before reaching a year here, so don't respond as if you sent someone to come fix then as nobody came. THIS IS LAST YEAR'S ISSUE WHICH WAS REPORTED LAST YEAR NOT THIS YEAR!
