House crack.

Your after sale service/support is very alarming, I don't believe I have to be doing this all the time when I raise a problem with Cosmo.

More than a month now I have raised with you that the house is terrible cracking, you requested pictures of which I've sent back to you, I did numeruos follow ups but you decided to go silent on me, no advice nothing whatsoever, so basically you are saying I should just live in a house that is falling down whilst i'm paying? at least reply tell me what exactly I should do or who I should escalate this further with.

The crack is NOT from the expansion joint as you assumed, I have rep**** with this feedback on your email, the house is 3 years old to be experiencing such.
