Horrible Service regreting buying this house

I purchased a house with my partner from Cosmopolitan last year. The service has went from alright to the worst after the house was built. During the building of the house we had chosen a colour paint for our house then months later they advised that there were new colours coming based on the colour schemes sent to us via email. We then chose a colour however once they had painted the house the house colours were no where close to the colours we picked. We then informed then that the colours were wrong, after a couple of denials and blaming they went and viewed the house and noticed that in actual fact the colours look different to the samples sent. My partner and I then asked the to change the colour to the initial colour and they REFUSED and suggested they will get the colours to match the sample paint colour they had sent us and they will paint a portion of the house then if we are still not happy they will I quote "SELL THE HOUSE TO SOMEONE ELSE". They then made us wait for about 3 weeks saying they are getting authorisation, and they are getting the right colour paint. Eelier today we received an email the portion is painted, when my partner got there they had painted the house the very SAME COLOUR! I am at a point where I am furious because I have moved my kids to the school there at Skycity because they (Cosmopolitan) confirmed the houses will be ready in 2018 Jan before the school opens. Right now my kids are travelling from Soweto to the Eastrand leaving the house at 5:00 to make it to school at 7:00 and these are grade 4 and below kids, no budget was made towards these transport costs because the house is next to the school. They also confirmed they were going to refund parents whom registered their kids the registration money, which I am yet to see happen. I feel defeated because after waiting for nearly a year for this house and now not being happy with the paint because its the same paint they are going to sell my house and I will have to disturb my kids yet again move them to a different school and a new home.I cannot and will NOT recommend Cosmopolitan to anyone.
